Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear while the package is in transit.


Multiple‑Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to deliver your items faster and more efficiently.


Shipping Delays

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds. Delays can occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

We appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking updates whenever needed.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Lost packages due to incorrect information

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbours or building management

  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

  • Contact your local postal service

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
