At this time, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our made‑to‑order fulfilment process and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a refund depending on availability.

No Physical Returns Required
You do not need to send the item back. Our fulfilment partners do not accept returned merchandise, so all claims are handled through photo verification.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
